Free Blender:   The obvious place to go. Blender Manual:   Duh. . .  Blender Guru:   Run by; Andrew Price is the go to place for blender.  His tutorials are amazing and easy to follow, his videos are clean and well done.  Hes also the creator of the well known doughnut tutorial.
